Mid State Roofing has a below 1.0 ERA safety rating, which is a testament to our safety standards and effective risk management strategies. Our pre-project briefings include conducting a risk assessment for all potential hazards and roof conditions, as well as establishing a plan for where our team will operate and how materials will be handled. We require each project to have fall protection in the form of guardrails and safety harnesses with anchor points, among many other cautions we take in ensuring our roofers’ safety. OSHA training, ladder safety, fall protection, weather hazards, and PPE are just a few subjects we cover in our training program. We understand that a safe work environment not only allows us to perform our best, but in return also provides our customers with the comfort of their roof installed timely and safely.
